Столкнулся в интернете и на самом Social Club, что люди не могут поставить или поменять логотип своей банды.

На самом деле всё просто!
1.Создаём или загружаем эмблему
2.Публикуем
3.В банде заходим в раздел Эмблемы
4.На выбранной Вами эмблеме нажимаем кнопку троиточия ( ... ) в правом нижним углу поста с эмблемой
5.В открывшимся окне нажимаем *Сделать эмблемой банды*
6.Просто ждём, займёт какое-то время (у меня прошло примерно 12-15 минут)

Для ускорения процесса смены эмблемы можно удалить старую.
